First time getting my eyebrows done and I typically carry cash on me but I didn’t this time and the lady scoffed at me and said “no cash?” While rolling her eyes. I was so caught off guard that I didn’t know how to react. Finishing my transaction and expecting to put my card in my hand she put it on the countertop and pushes it on the edge. After this experience I will never return, and will not recommend this place to my friends and family.
Absolutely terrible. Went in for two eyebrow wax Services which should be easy and quick for them… My boyfriend Who has thick full bushy eyebrows Only wanted a cleanup so that he didn’t have a unibrow. The younger worker was so rude and instead of helping him correctly place his hands and hold his eyelid (he doesn’t get his eyebrows done often and hasn’t learned the positioning of his hands) , She did not give clear directions and said that he wasn’t placing his hands correctly Yet didn’t help but continued to just place the wax carelessly. She left a patch in his eyebrow. That will take one month or two to Grow Back. Never go here worst service ever. Take your money somewhere else.
